Real bride - Lara

Beautiful Lara just happens to be my sister-in-law, but when she began her wedding planning process she knew she’d be getting married abroad and would be in need of a fun mini-wedding dress for her legal ceremony. So that is exactly what we created, as well as a cute hair bow to complete the look. She managed to get two wears out of her gorgeous bespoke mini too, because she wore it as her second/ evening look on the big day in Mallorca as well as for her legal Guernsey ceremony.

Lara took inspiration from collection 24, combining the Everly skirt with the neckline and sleeve style of Bethany. But also she showed me a few existing dresses in her wardrobe that she loved and that flattered her figure, so we drew on all of this as inspiration to design the final look. We wanted a combination of formal and fun to create something that she could wear again and again.
