about me
about me
Hey, I’m Kezia, the face behind The Boho Bride.
I’m a lover of the beach, pinã coladas, sunshine and of course current fashion and bridal trends.
I completed my training in Costume interpretation at the Arts University Bournemouth and graduated with a first class degree and specialism in costume construction. I went on to work in theatre costume for various high end and west end productions including Birmingham Royal ballet, The Royal Opera House, Wicked, and most recently, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
I loved the world of theatre but my mind kept wondering to the bohemian bridal world and the opportunity to develop my own deigns. Covid and furlough allowed me the extra time to channel my energy into making this dream a reality and during the various lockdown breaks I was able to gain some extra experience working alongside a high end bridal seamstress in London.
Now, I live and work in a beautiful converted barn in rural Guernsey designing and hand making gorgeous new collection gowns and veils each year for brides to fall in love with, or be inspired by, and working alongside brides to create something totally bespoke too.
I can’t wait to hear from you and get your Boho Bride journey started. Pop me a message to book your appointment to come to my studio, a calm, cosy and creative space, to try the existing collection or discuss something complete bespoke (or a combination of the two!) Send me over some inspiration images and ideas and let’s create some designs together. Please don’t hesitate to contact me, I’m so excited to chat…
“Nothing makes a woman more beautiful, than the belief that she is beautiful.”
